I think that we are finally done with the worst of the winter. This week the weather has been beautiful. It got up to the 60s and the kids have been able to play outside and get fresh air again. Our icky illnesses seem to have broken as well, thank goodness! Now, this doesn't mean that i don't still expect some awful weather in the weeks to come, but I think the worst is over. I'm excited that it is March. Although this will be a busy month. Region basketball tournament starts next week. On Thursday I did an officials' training. It wasn't very well attended, but I think the few people who did come found it helpful (at least i hope they did). I definitely got a workout. Luckily the women's game was a forfeit because I ended up reffing all three of the men's games and I was sore afterwards! It was fun though. Some of the guys got a little heated, but all-in-all it went very well. My challenge for this month will be to try and stay on top of all the day-to-day stuff like exercising, cooking, cleaning, scriptures, etc while doing basketball and getting ready for all my building projects before my parents get here at the end of the month. I'm really excited for them to come. Then, the week after they come John and Bridget and the kids will be here. The week after that is Spring Break. We are still debating whether or not we are going to California. If we go then that means everything will be chaos until the end of April. If we stay it will still be chaos, just more localized chaos. :) Part of me wants to go because I think it would be fun, but part of me would just like to spend some time relaxing at home. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
